More Than a Ball: A New Tradition for Men's Health Begins in New York City
More than 300 guests gathered at Nebula for the inaugural Blue Ball, one of Man Cave Health's signature annual events and an evening that proved to be far more than a celebration. It marked the beginning of what is destined to become the organization's premier event honoring the leaders, innovators, advocates, supporters, and cultural influencers advancing prostate cancer awareness and men's health.
Co-hosted by Frederick Anderson and Chris Masters, Executive Director of Man Cave Health, Blue Ball united an extraordinary community around one shared belief: when people from every walk of life come together around a common purpose, lives can be changed.
Created to celebrate leadership while raising critical funds for Man Cave Health and the Team Blue Jacket screening initiatives held alongside the Blue Jacket Fashion Shows in New York City and Los Angeles, the evening reflected the organization's commitment to meeting men where they are through education, free prostate cancer screenings, and patient navigation.
Honoring a Visionary
A defining moment of the evening was the presentation of the inaugural Blue Ball Impact Award to Frederick Anderson.
As the founder of the Blue Jacket Fashion Show, Frederick has spent more than a decade using fashion as a platform to spark conversations around prostate cancer awareness and early detection. His vision has united designers, celebrities, athletes, healthcare professionals, survivors, and advocates, creating one of the nation's most recognizable movements dedicated to men's health.
By recognizing Frederick as the inaugural recipient, Man Cave Health established what will become a lasting Blue Ball tradition — annually honoring individuals whose leadership, innovation, and commitment continue to move the men's health movement forward.

The evening also welcomed Tom and Adriana Milana and the Milana family, whose personal experience inspired the creation of Man Cave Health.
