About Us
Free screenings. Honest support. Our mission is simple: help men catch it early, and never go through it alone.

The Beginning
In November 2015, Thomas Milana Jr. received an alarming PSA result on a routine blood test. He was diagnosed with prostate cancer and underwent successful robotic surgery in April 2016. He remains cancer-free today.
That experience revealed a painful truth: almost no resources existed to help men navigate a prostate cancer diagnosis, and few environments made men comfortable enough to even show up for a screening.
Tom's family had already established the Milana Family Foundation. In 2018, they shifted that Foundation's mission to give men a comfortable environment for prostate cancer education and testing, and Man Cave Health was born.
We believe access is the biggest barrier to early detection. So we meet men where they already are: job sites, gyms, community events. No appointment and no cost. Just a free test and a conversation that could save a life.

Our Mission
“To empower men to make proactive healthcare decisions that protect their lives and strengthen their families.”
Why It Matters
Over 300,000 new cases are diagnosed every year in the United States. Caught early, prostate cancer carries a survival rate of over 99%. The problem isn't the disease. It's that men don't get tested. A simple PSA blood test can flag prostate cancer before symptoms appear, and Man Cave Health makes sure that test happens.
Get Your Free PSA TestEstablished by the Milana Family Foundation with one conviction: if men won’t come to healthcare, healthcare has to change the room.
Mount Sinai’s Department of Urology in New York City becomes home to the flagship Man Cave, a comfortable lounge with a PSA test at the end of the visit.
When rooms closed, the conversation kept going. Twice-monthly Zoom sessions brought patients and survivors together.
The model crosses the country to UCI Health in California.
A partnership with the world’s leading philanthropic funder of prostate cancer research connects our screening work to the science behind it.
Mobile screening units bring free PSA tests to job sites, community events, and neighborhoods, wherever men already are.
