Biweekly Virtual Support Group

The Man Cave Health Virtual Support Group meets the first and third Wednesday of every month, offering a compassionate and informative space dedicated to addressing many aspects of men’s health, with a particular focus on prostate cancer.

Each session brings together men from diverse backgrounds to discuss their experiences, share knowledge, and explore strategies for managing health challenges. The group provides a supportive environment where members can engage in open conversations about prostate cancer, preventative measures, treatment options, coping mechanisms, and more.

Through expert-led discussions, peer support, and educational resources, the group aims to empower participants with the information and encouragement needed to navigate their health journeys with confidence.
